Queen of Swords on unabridged CD -- want it?

Bad News

Those of you who have emailed or posted to tell me you can't find a copy of Queen of Swords or that you ordered a copy and it's taking forever to get to you, please don't despair. And please don't give up. This is something beyond my control. It's so far beyond my control that I don't even have my own copies. The ones I'm supposed to get contractually, that big box of books (and where, I ask, am I going to put it?) -- that's not here. All kinds of profuse apologies from the publisher, but that doesn't get me very far.

Good News

When my books do come in, I'll be giving away two signed copies. But in the meantime, the unabridged audio (on CD) thumped onto my doorstep this morning, and that I can give away now.

And here's something really great: you can also get it now as a download from audible.com. If you're a member, you can chose it as your monthly pick, which makes it very affordable.

But for those of you who prefer the actual physical CDs (17 of them, 21 hours of story) you could get them (at huge expense, sorry) at Books on Tape, or you could get them free, from me. Here's how you do that:

Include a first name.
Include a valid email.
In the message part of the comment, tell me what state/country you're from.

RULES:

  • One entry per person.
  • If you've already won a copy of Queen of Swords, sorry, you're not eligible.
  • I'll pick a name at random Monday evening and send the audiobook out on Tuesday (as long as I hear back from the winner in time).
  • If I don't hear from the winner by Thursday, I'll pick another name.
  • All decisions of the judges (me, and me) are final.

Anybody want to see her picture? If there are lots of people who would rather not, please let me know. I was thinking of putting up my sketch.
