I'm not sure about this, but.

Apparently this weblog has been nominated for a BOB award. Here's the link. I know nothing about BOB, but hey, I'll give him the benefit of the doubt.

So if you have time and energy to go over there and say hey and maybe vote, great. Otherwise, you're wondering, why am I not writing about writing? Because these last days I've been writing about Jennet and Luke and Hannah and about gardening. I have a friend who is launching an online gardening magazine and well, my philosophy is: you support your friends in the things that matter most to them. So for a while here y'all took a back seat to Garden Sense, but things are almost ready to launch over there and then I'll be done. Really.

Anybody interested in a discussion of writing argument and fight scenes?

Argument and fight scene discussion? -- great idea. Although I tend to rush fight scenes, I'll beat an argument to death trying to keep the dialogue logical. And how logical are arguments?

I'm the person who nominated you for BoB. This is the first year for the BoB awards, which are intended to showcase the lesser-known, non-political blogs that tend to get passed over by the bigger awards ceremonies. I thought the premise of BoB was a great idea- but I didn't realize that you'd be concerned or unsure about being included. I apologize if your nomination is offensive or bothersome somehow. Lili -- don't worry! I don't mind. I just was a little confused, which anybody who knows me well will tell you, that's my normal state. Thanks for the kind nomination. I do appreciate it.
