what to read
Usually I read for about a half hour and then take questions. I have no idea yet what passage I'm going to read, and I'd be open to any suggestions y'all may have.

This is a test to see if my gravatar shows up, and if so, if it's big enough to read.

I am in dire straits - I was staggering around the library a few days ago suffering from ghastly flu looking for something to read to take me out of myself. I picked up Lake in the Clouds and it has been my salvation over the last few days when I can't sleep. I now to need to know everything about the Bonners and friends and families that has ever happened to them before and since. I was so out of it that I didn't realise that it was book 3 in the series so I have started in the middle - which I worked out from some of the references to eaarlier happenings. It stood beautifully on its own but I am searching for Into the Wilderness and Dawn on a Distant Shore so I can understand why they are the way they are.
I am also going to go round every bookshop in Wellington (NZ) to see if Fire Along the Sky has been published in New Zealand yet - we tend to be a bit behind other countries on publishing schedules.
Sorry that this rambles - I am still full of the most vicious flu bug - but I wanted to tell you how exciting this new voyage of discovery is.
regards
